We are seeking a Data Analysis Chapter Lead to mentor and technically develop our business data analysts, with a strong focus on mathematical, statistical, and algorithmic problem-solving skills.

Role Overview
The Data Analysis Chapter Lead will focus on building advanced statistical models, applying algorithms to extract actionable insights, and mentoring analysts in technical domains. You will work closely with product and business teams to generate data-driven solutions that address business challenges, particularly in the financial context of crypto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Mentorship: Coach business analysts on advanced mathematics, statistics, and algorithmic techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Statistical Analysis & Algorithms: Design and implement algorithms to analyze customer behavior, market trends, and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Insight Generation: Develop and maintain statistical models to uncover patterns and trends in customer and market data.
  • Dashboard & Metrics Development: Build tools and dashboards that measure financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Partner with business and product teams to integrate data insights into product strategy, improving decision-making across the organization.
  • Financial Data Knowledge: Use financial modeling techniques to analyze the performance of products and pricing strategies, ensuring that insights align with business goals.
Requirements

  • Strong Mathematical and Statistical Expertise: Proven ability to apply statistical methods (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing) and algorithms (e.g., clustering, classification) to business data.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience in statistical modeling and data-driven problem-solving.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a team in technical and analytical domains, with a focus on advanced data methods.
  • Financial/Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles and previous experience in fintech or crypto industries, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
