شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer who is passionate about creating engaging visual content and staying ahead of the latest creative technologies. If you’re experienced in motion design, AI-powered content creation, and video editing, we’d love to hear from you.


Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics for digital platforms.

Create 3D animations when required (preferred skill).

Edit and assemble videos for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Utilize AI tools to enhance creative workflows, animation, video production, and content generation.

Collect, organize, and edit raw video footage and visual assets provided from various sources.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver visually compelling content.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.


Requirements
Strong expertise in 2D Motion Graphics (mandatory).

Experience with 3D Motion Design is a strong advantage.

Proven hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production (such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools).

Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted projects is required.
Strong video editing skills.

Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Cinema 4D / Blender (preferred)

Other relevant motion graphics and editing tools

Ability to organize and edit footage collected from multiple sources into polished final videos.

Good understanding of visual storytelling, typography, timing, and animation principles.

Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.


Nice to Have
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.

Familiarity with emerging AI creative workflows and automation.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
