شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain essential HR processes, procedures, and instructions for HR planning, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

2. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's culture, values, and goals. Develop and implement structured HR processes, policies, and procedures that create and promote a process-oriented environment.

3. Define and monitor Key HR metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

4. Implement career progression frameworks and career development models.

5. Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system.

6. Develop and launch the internal communication strategy and plans to promote transparency and collaboration.

7. Create and implement strategies to manage VUCA conditions effectively, fostering a culture of resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

8. Design and manage conflict resolution mechanisms to ensure a supportive work environment.

9. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and job satisfaction.

10. Oversee talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.

11. Design and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth, address skill gaps, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

12. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement a culture framework that aligns with the company's values and goals, promoting a strong organizational culture.

13. Manage the HR department's budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.

14. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.

 

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager/Lead or similar role.

3. Hands-on experience with HR Management Softwares.

4. Strong knowledge of HR theories, processes, and best practices.

5. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

7. Experience in managing VUCA environments and developing strategies to foster resilience and adaptability.

8. Proven ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels, including junior, senior, and first-time managers.

9. Familiarity with culture frameworks (e.g., Culture Code, Culture Deck) and experience in designing and implementing culture initiatives.

10. Knowledge of performance management systems (e.g., OKRs, 360-degree feedback) and a track record of implementing effective performance management programs.

11. Experience with succession programs, career progression frameworks and career development models  (e.g., Career Lattice, Career Pathing) to support employee growth and retention.

12. Proficiency in designing and implementing various HR processes, procedures, and instructions, including but not limited to HR planning, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

a. Knowledge of workforce planning and succession planning methodologies.

b. Experience in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, including structured interviews and assessment centers.

c.Familiarity with best practices in onboarding and offboarding, such as structured onboarding programs and exit interviews.

13. Fluent in Persian and English.

 

Nice to have:

1. MSc degree in HR or relevant certification.

2. Experience in the oil & gas industry.

3. Experience or strong knowledge in change management and organizational development.
