Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of WordPress plugins and participate in website development projects.
- Understand and interpret project and task requirements accurately.
- Actively communicate with users, clients, and team members to ensure clarity and resolve issues.
- Document, track, and assist in the resolution of bugs and software issues.
- Maintain and enhance product quality standards.
Essential Requirements
- Prior QA experience in a tech or software environment.
- Proficient in WordPress, Familiar with CSS, HTML, and PHP.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand and articulate project requirements effectively.
