About the role:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user interfaces that are both visually appealing and easy to navigate. You will be expected to produce high-quality design artifacts and interactions that meet project requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your ability to create clean and artful designs that are both intuitive and functional will be crucial in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements by taking design briefs
- Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, patterns, and user interfaces
- Identify design problems and propose elegant solutions
- Present ideas and design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback
- Develop and maintain documentation for style guidelines
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and shape the product's direction, visuals, and user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends to ensure the design team is informed and current
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design projects
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Sketch
- Stay current on UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience in motion design a plus
