شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:
Vclinic is looking for a Senior HR Expert. This experienced professional shall be part of our management team and contribute directly to the managers and developers. You are going to solve daily HR challenges and deliver excellent solutions for them. Vclinic is seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our full-time team in Tehran, Iran.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Handle A to Z of talent acquisition and recruitment processes including job ad placements, source & interview and short list potential candidates 
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Organize all personnel administration affairs according to labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc. 
  • Lead employer branding initiatives (e.g., job fairs, events, etc.).
Requirement and Expectations: 

  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Proper understanding of various human resources processes, including recruiting and hiring, training and development, and service compensation
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and English language skills 
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving 
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • Experience working in startup and IT field is a plus (entrepreneurial spirit)
  • Self-motivated, responsible and persistent 
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 6 pm.
