Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager / Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Manager to translate detailed product features into clear web/platform design requirements, create tasks for developers, and ensure that our project stays on track. This is a critical role that requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of software development processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Product Manager to understand feature requirements and translate them into actionable web design and development tasks.
Create and manage tasks in project management tools (e.g. Trello) and assign them to developers.
Communicate effectively with the development team, ensuring clarity on all project requirements and design expectations.
Follow up with developers on daily tasks, conducting stand-ups, and ensuring timelines are met.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that design requirements align with product goals.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve blockers to keep the project on track.
Maintain documentation of project requirements, changes, and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience running daily stand-ups.
  • Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
