Job purpose: Strategize everything in the team and apply data-backed roadmaps in team workflows. Then supervising the execution in technical and off-site.
Job Description: You are responsible for all off-site and technical strategies. You plan for yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly team activities. You work with other SEO experts to apply strategies in the team workflow. You monitor the clients' website traffic, competitors' website and conduct every kind of research needed for team to perform better and faster.

Role
- Develop link-building strategies to generate quality backlinks in scale.
- Develop technical improvement roadmaps and oversee the implementation to improve search presence.
- Monitor website traffic, search results, and develop strategies based on on-going changes to update and adjust strategies and make faster SEO results.
- Provide content audits and recommendations to be used in content production.
- Conduct deep keyword research to use for all SEO purposes.
- Perform deep competitor research to find best practices and measure the assets needed to compete.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards and reports; and track important SEO metrics to be aware of changes and report to team and clients.
- Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results to ensure team alignment and meeting deadlines.
Technical Requirements
- Great with SEO analytics and data.
- Great understanding of SEO factors and signals.
- Advanced skills with content marketing and content SEO.
- Advanced skills with link building campaigns.
- Expertise in technical SEO.
- HTML and JavaScript knowledge.
- Excellent understanding in English.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Advanced skills to work with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
General Requirements
- Highly organized and able to manage time to meet deadlines in a fully remote team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
Duties & Accountabilities
- Generate measurable progress for clients' websites.
- Generate regular reports for all SEO processes in content production, off-site and technical.
- Generate detailed task-based roadmaps for technical and off-site activities.
Working Conditions
- Participating in daily catch-up, weekly, and other necessary team meetings.
- Working on "shared working time" based on the agreement.
- Delivering the working hours based on agreement.
