As a Digital Product Designer, you are responsible to design and deliver digital experiences and interfaces. You will work directly with the product manager and development team to ensure delightful user experience.


Responsibilities


  • Designing web and mobile products A to Z
  • Keeping user experience consistent across different stages and platforms
  • Meeting business and conversion goals in the design
  • Making and keeping a healthy design hand-over approach
  • Regular user research and analysis activities
  • Working with developers and other team members to implement designed solutions correctly
  • Meeting product team deadlines

Requirements


  • +3 years of designing and shipping digital products
  • Superb visual digital design skills, using Adobe XD/Sketch/Figma or similar
  • Low-fi and High-fi prototyping skills for a test or presentation purpose
  • User research, user behavior analysis, usability testing skills 
  • A design thinking approach and empathic mindset towards user experience
  • Software product lifecycle and process understanding

Preferred


  • Analytics dashboards understanding
  • Both B2B and B2C product design experience
  • Frontend coding experience
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
