What you will do:
- Provide daily support and assistance for computer systems.
- Monitor the status of the network and the equipments (servers, networking gear, services, etc) and the integrity of backup processes.
- Extend our network when it's needed (e.g. opening new branches of our stores).
- Install, configure and test new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
- Create documentation for various IT operational tasks for both IT members and regular staff.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, licenses, etc.

Required Skills:
- Prior experience as a IT administrator or help-desk (1-2 years).
- Deep experience with Microsoft Windows Domain, AD, DHCP, DNS, File Servers, etc.
- Strong knowledge of ESXi visualization systems. 
- Experience managing and monitoring HP ProLiant servers.
- Practical experience troubleshooting and using Windows based operating systems in a corporate environment.
- You can setup an entire network from scratch.
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, including LAN, broadband and VPN, point-to-point wireless, 802.11 wireless and cellular based Internet services (such as 4G and TD-LTE).
- Experience with network routing strategies.
- Experience configuring Mikrotik routers (Specifically Firewall,IPSec,Routes)
- Working knowledge of configuring Cisco switches.
- You know how to setup, configure and maintain a CCTV network.
- Working knowledge of implementing backup strategies and solutions (e.g. Veeam etc.)
- High-intermediate English skills (specially reading).
- Keen and fast learner

Not required, but is a plus:
- Knowledge of configuring HP iLO.
- Knowledge of managing NAS storages.
- Knowledge of VOIP systems.
- Ability to write automated scripts and batch files.
- Knowledge of network print services.
- Experience in Linux based systems (Ubuntu/CentOS).
- Experience with network monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of integrating RADIUS authentication systems
