Responsibilities:
    - Monitor and perform regular health checks of managed systems
    - Plan and execute preventive maintenance and proactive measures
    - Resolve incidents and issues according to internal and project-specific procedures
    - Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and product teams
    - Document processes and create operational runbooks

Technical Skills:
    - Strong knowledge of server infrastructure and network services
    - Proficient in system monitoring and observability tools
    - Expertise in monitoring and log management tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, and ELK Stack
    - Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
    - Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab CI/CD
    - Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible
    - Proficient in Kubernetes and Helm
    - Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery infrastructure design
    - Expertise in GitOps
    - Strong networking skills and experience with VPN and tunneling solutions

Experience with tools such as:
    - Load Balancer, HAProxy, Nginx, Redis, Sentry, RabbitMQ
    - Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, EFK, Loki, Argo CD

Proficiency in:
    - Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Ansible, Ansible Playbooks

Soft Skills:
    - Strong team player with excellent collaboration abilities
    - Responsible, organized, and accountable
    - Creative problem solver with a keen attention to detail
    - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or IT-related fields
    - At least 2 years of relevant work experience
