استخدام HR Generalist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a deadline-focused HR Generalist to be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, learning & training, compensation & benefit and monitoring the overall HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:


  • End to end recruitment process (Sourcing potential candidates, Screening CVs for competency with the job requirements, Arranging telephone or online interviews)
  • Reward (manage monthly payroll, SSO, and tax payments on time and in full, on-time payment of all employee benefits, monthly reports on headcount, turnover, and other reports based on requirements)
  • Timely delivery of employee’s contracts
  • Implementation of performance management (objective setting, mid & End year review, session with line managers on appraisal) 
  • Assess training needs (through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers)
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
  • Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR
  • Very good command of MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Well-developed in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Military service must have been done or exempted (for gentlemen)
  • Familiarity with Lean/Agile Mindset and Organizational Change is a plus
  • Having experience in working with and/or recruiting IT/ Software Development professionals is a plus
  • (For gentlemen) Those who have done Military Service or are permanently exempted are preferred
