Responsibilities:

Managing the scrum process in Agile methodology.

· Organizing and facilitating the sprint planning meeting.

· Arranging retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings.

· Assisting product managers to make the product backlogs in a good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.

· Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.

· Solving conflicts and removing obstacles.

· Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a scrum master role.

· Good Knowledge of agile methodology and its frameworks.

· Expert in coaching team to follow agile.

· Strong communication Skills.

· Familiar with software development processes and procedures to understand the team's needs.

· Good knowledge of Agile techniques such as the definition of done, user stories, velocity, backlog tracking, backlog refinement.
