We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer for our team
Responsibilities:
Work directly on the interface and experience design of our products
Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and other assets to help facilitate the design process
Create prototypes to user test and validate assumptions
Give and solicit feedback from other designers
Collaborate with product managers and software engineers on problem-solving and delivering solutions
Work with front-end engineering to deliver your designs to users of high quality
Observe current user behavior and make design suggestions to improve UX
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
Adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced startup environment
Build empathy and understanding of our users and how to empower them

Job Requirements:
4 Years of experience in digital product design (Web or app)
Experience in designing complex enterprise panels
The component-first mindset in design
Familiar with using and creating design systems
Intuitive mind for good user experience
Able to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios
Able to effectively communicate with other team members
Familiar with designing for different platforms
Relevant understanding of best practices and trends in UI/UX design
Obsessive attention to even the smallest of details
Great time management skills
Familiar with visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Understand technical requirements and aspects of modern apps
Demonstrable experience designing and shipping complex projects from start to finish
Experience running user interviews and testing sessions
