As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented and proficient WordPress Full Stack Developer who excels in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong expertise in utilizing Divi visual builder.

Responsibilities:

  1. Front-end and Back-end Development:
    • Take ownership of developing and maintaining WordPress websites, handling both front-end and back-end responsibilities.
    • Implement responsive designs, ensuring optimal user experiences across devices.
  2. Visual Builder Expertise - Divi:
    • Leverage your expertise in Divi visual builder to create visually appealing and functional websites.
    • Customize Divi modules, sections, and layouts to achieve unique design requirements.
  3. Theme and Plugin Customization:
    • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to match project specifications.
    • Develop custom themes and plugins as needed to extend website functionality.
  4. Agile Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively within an Agile team environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to the team.
  5. Performance Optimization:
    • Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user interactions.
    • Implement best practices for code efficiency and site speed.
  6. Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing:
    • Identify and resolve front-end and back-end issues, ensuring websites function flawlessly.
    • Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and inconsistencies.
  7. Security and Updates:
    • Implement security best practices to safeguard websites against vulnerabilities.
    • Keep websites up to date with the latest WordPress versions, themes, and plugins.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Full Stack Developer, proficient in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Expertise in utilizing the Divi visual builder for WordPress.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Solid understanding of website performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Prior experience with other front-end frameworks or CMS platforms is a plus.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
