We are seeking a talented and organized Agile Project Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding software solutions and captivating videos.
Responsibilities:
- Agile Project Management - Software Development:
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development projects, implementing Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery.
- Utilize Scrum and Lean principles to optimize project workflows and foster collaboration.
- Employ Agile tools including Jira and Kanban boards to visualize and manage work progress effectively.
- Oversee development sprints, backlog management, and release planning.
- Agile Project Management - Video Production:
- Apply Agile practices to the video production process, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely delivery of captivating video content.
- Coordinate closely with video production specialists, scriptwriters, and creative teams.
- Timeline Management:
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for both software development and video production projects.
- Monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to keep projects on track.
- Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources thoughtfully, ensuring optimal utilization of tools, equipment, and personnel for software development and video production.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of quality for software solutions and video content.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure that the final products meet our standards and resonate with our audience.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges for both software development and video production projects.
- Develop contingency plans and strategies to mitigate risks and address unforeseen obstacles.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project progress and addressing inquiries.
- Budget Monitoring:
- Collaborate with financial teams to monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Innovation and Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and content creation techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Agile project management, preferably with a focus on software development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Lean principles.
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management.
- Familiarity with the use of Kanban boards and other Agile tools.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple software projects and video production simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
