Responsibilities:
- Ability to correctly check income hints about seller’s offences and gather enough documents and make correct decision based on the process in right time
- Ability to check seller’s products in order to not sell any fake items
- Investigate accounts for possible fraudulent seller activity
- Analyze business models of the sellers
- Communicate with sellers when extra information is required
- Provide guidance and assistance to peer employees and other divisions by answering questions, providing feedback on customer issues
- Collaborate effectively with finance and legal departments
Requirement:
- At least 3 years experience in Seller Management
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure (tight deadlines, shifting priorities, differences of opinion).
- In-depth understanding of the tools, processes, internal stakeholders, and business and community aspects
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle difficult situations/discussions.
- Fluency in English is an advantage
