Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional with a strong background in both economics and mathematics, and a understanding of cryptocurrency game economics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing the economic models and formulas that underpin our game, ensuring a balanced and sustainable token economy.

Key Responsibilities:

Economic Model Development: Design and refine mathematical and economic models that govern the in-game economy, including token distribution, staking rewards, and in-game transactions.
Balance Analysis: Continuously analyze the game's economic balance, identifying and addressing any potential issues related to inflation, deflation, or market manipulation.

Data Analysis: Utilize statistical and economic techniques to analyze in-game economic data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Algorithm Design: Develop algorithms for dynamic pricing, reward distributions, and other economic mechanisms within the game.

Collaboration: Collaborate with game designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the economic systems align with the overall game design and player experience.
Qualifications:

Education: Advanced degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and managing economic models, preferably within the context of cryptocurrency or gaming.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in statistical software, programming languages (e.g., Python, R), and blockchain technologies.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.

Knowledge of Crypto Games: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency-based games, blockchain technology, and tokenomics.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex economic and mathematical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Simulation and Testing: Conduct simulations and stress tests on economic models to predict and mitigate potential issues before they impact the live game environment.
Tokenomics Management: Work closely with the development team to implement and manage tokenomics strategies that support a stable and engaging game environment.
Experience in a similar role within the gaming or cryptocurrency industry.
Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and mechanisms.
Proven track record of successfully managing in-game economies for other projects.
