Job Description

UX Designer:

Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research: including a survey, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing, …

• Defining personas, user stories, and workflow to represent user experience design ideas;

• Creating prototypes, wireframes, and interface mockups to demonstrate product design ideas;

• Translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirements

• Defining user acceptance test scenarios in collaboration with the team;

• Gathering analytics data, conduct A/B tests, define KPIs to enable data-driven design decision and measure progress;

Visual/UI designer:

Responsibilities:

Translate wireframes and experiences into high-fidelity visual composites with attention to interaction design which follow style and brand guidelines.

Use customer insights and data, plus your creativity and design expertise, to solve users’ problems with elegant, highly functional designs.

Produce high-fidelity wireframes or design sketches

 Familiar with Scrum processes.

Familiar with branding principles

Clearly document & communicate designs for/to the development team and a wider range of stakeholders

 Proactively identifying and troubleshooting UI problems

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify design solutions from a variety of data and information sources.

Requirements

UI Requirements:

3+ years’ experience working as a UX designer

Submission of portfolio link or attachment with application/resume

Requires strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator).

Experience with some wireframe and prototyping software, e.g. Sketch, Axure, Justinmind, Mock plus, Principle, Craft.

Knowledge of HTML, and CSS3/SASS a plus, but not required.

UX Requirements:

3+ years’ experience working as a visual/UI designer

Submission of portfolio link or attachment with application/resume

Requires strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator).

Experience with some wireframe and prototyping software, e.g. Sketch, Axure, Justinmind, Mock plus, Principle, Craft.

Strong skill set in digital design with an emphasis on Mobile (iOS/Android), and Web User Interfaces.

Must be up to date with the latest in interactive and visual design trends.

Knowledgeable in typography, color, space, layout, texture, and visual design for branding/commerce environments.

Ensuring WCAG 2.0 compliance for everything you create within the product.

Knowledge of HTML, and CSS3/SASS a plus, but not required.
