We are looking for a junior project manager to manage our offshore development team in Tehran and expand our existing market in Europe.

Tera is a managed service provider based in Tehran with an active market in Germany and the UK. Our offshore development center is running for over a year now and we offer human resources and talent acquisition services for Startups and SMEs who are based in Europe and provide work and legal infrastructure for them to build and base their team in Iran. We also allow companies to outsource their design and development. 

Not only we don’t mind if you’re planning to migrate, but we will also be happy to write recommendation letters signed by our partner in the UK to be your verifiable working experience in Europe. 

Who you are?
- Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
- Talented in organizing yourself and your teammates 
- Eager to work with International customers 
- Willing to learn the European working culture and standards
- Don’t mind building the financial reports with our finance team

What you will do:
- Reporting to one of our senior executives in the UK (Dr. M. Divband) on a daily basis
- managing a group of senior developers and designers
- attending weekly meetings with our European customers 
- working on the list of services and constantly looking for extending the list 
- developing international marketing strategies 
- working on a budget
