Responsibilities:

• Propose and develop ML based solutions to solve the business’s current problems, give rise to new services for our clients, or to improve the previous operations
• Deploy and maintain the created models
• Writing efficient and maintainable software suitable for automation
• Extracting key insights from the available data

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, machine learning or equivalent
• Proficiency in SQL scripting
• Strong knowledge of Python and 5+ years of experience in using it
• Knowledge of NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn and similar Python data science libraries
• Strong knowledge of linear algebra and statistics
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, especially NLP
• Proficiency in model development, model validation and model implementation
• Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, source control management, testing, and operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Linux proficiency, especially through the command line
• Experience working with Apache Airflow’s workflow management platform
• Experience working with MLflow’s machine learning lifecycle platform
• Experience working with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, etc.)

• Quality communication and presentation skills in order to convey the concepts to non-experts

• Strong teamwork skills along ability to take ownership and work independently
• Self-motivated, agile, willing to learn and improve
