شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Summary: The Marketing Manager, User Acquisition and Activation, will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new users, activating them through strategic email marketing, and nurturing them using marketing automation tools. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, marketing automation, and user lifecycle management. The successful candidate will manage over $1 million in ad spend on Facebook and Meta platforms, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize performance and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Meta platforms to drive user acquisition.
    • Manage a budget of over $1 million in ad spend, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve acquisition goals.
  2. User Activation:
    • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to activate new users.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools, specifically Intercom, to engage users and guide them through the activation process.
    • Develop personalized messaging and workflows to enhance user experience and drive activation metrics.
    • Track and report on key activation KPIs, continuously refining strategies to improve performance.
  3. User Nurturing:
    • Create and manage nurturing campaigns to maintain user engagement and encourage long-term loyalty.
    • Segment user base and tailor communication strategies to address specific needs and behaviors.
    • Collaborate with the content team to produce relevant and valuable content that supports user engagement.
    • Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing nurturing efforts.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on user acquisition, activation, and nurturing.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad campaigns on Facebook and Meta platforms.
  • Expertise in email marketing and marketing automation, with hands-on experience using Intercom.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
