We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced product designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and be able to create engaging and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our users. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with the engineering team to bring their designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring they are optimized for a seamless experience on desktop, mobile, and other emerging technologies.
- Conduct and interpret user tests and interviews to identify user behavior and areas to optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to translate goals and constraints into compelling user interfaces and experiences.
- Develop rough ideas into polished storyboards, user flows, and interfaces.
- Conceive transitions and animated effects to enhance our products.
- Predict, identify, and resolve design issues that could impede user experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in UX/UI.
- Degree in Graphic Design, or Art preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills including wireframing, graphic design and interface design.
- Experience with user research, testing, and analysis.
- Proficient with Figma.
- Knowledge of design systems (such as Material Design, Ant, etc.).
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
