We are looking for a Technical Software Support specialist that can Offer support and technical assistance to customers and company who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing
tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests.
- Observe system functioning to verify correct operations detect errors.
- Connect with the rest of the team.
- Provide technical assistance support.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday at 8:00 to 16:00.

Requirements:
- University Qualifications: BSc or MSc in software/IT engineering.
- Strong Knowledge of Linux Operation/ Bash Scripting.
- Basic Knowledge of Process Automation.
- Familiar with C /C++.
- 2-6 years’ experience in similar position.

Specialist knowledge:
Strong knowledge with Linux scripting
Strong knowledge of Linux (LPIC1, LPIC2)

- Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate.
- Ability to remain in contact with the client through the completion of the incident.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to learn application functionality in depth.
- Apply knowledge and learning towards training others.
- Detail oriented.
- Installing or changing software to fix issues.
Strong knowledge with Linux scripting
Strong knowledge of Linux (LPIC1, LPIC2)
