We are looking for a Technical Software Support specialist that can Offer support and technical assistance to customers and company who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests.




o   Observe system functioning to verify correct operations detect errors.



o   Connect with the rest of the team.



o   Provide technical assistance support.





Requirements:




o   University Qualifications: BSc or MSc in software/IT engineering.



o   knowledge of Linux (LPIC1, LPIC2) 



o   Knowledge of MS SQL/Oracle.





Specialist knowledge:  




o   Familiarity with Network / VMware.



o   Familiarity with C or C# or java is priority.



o   Familiarity with Linux scripting



o   Write SQL queries to extract data from SQL Servers in a consistent and efficient.



o   Excellent listening and communications skills.



o   Strong customer relationship skills.



o   Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.



o   Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate.



o   Ability to remain in contact with the client through the completion of the incident.



o   Good technical troubleshooting skills.



o   Willing to learn application functionality in depth.



o   Apply knowledge and learning towards training others.



o   Detail oriented.



o   Installing or changing software to fix issues.
