We are seeking a skilled and creative Frontend React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components for JavaScript-based web applications using the React open-source library ecosystem. This role involves working closely with our product team to develop new features and improve the user experience of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and apply them into operations and activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
