Position Overview :
·         He/she should be able to understand the customer's concern, analyze and give solutions accordingly.
·         He/she will be responsible for operational issues and findings.
·         He/she will be involved in all the New Change Request / Business requirements for technical discussions with the customer and internal team.
·         He/she will be involved in the patch movement/Night Activities and discussion for the analysis on the dependencies and if there are any issues in moving any projects/Issues to production.

Required Skill Set:
·         Should have strong problem solving, analytical skills, and Good communication.
·         Quick learner with strong initiative.
·         Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environment.
·         Hands-on experience in Oracle /PLSQL.
·         good domain knowledge and experience in VAS.
·         Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project.

Experience Level / Years of Experience:
Candidate should have at least 0-1 years of working experience on the mentioned technologies.

Minimum Qualification / Education:
Engineering Graduate (Software / IT / ICT)
