Hiring For Solution Architect
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Front-End Architect to join our Product development team. Are You Winning, Futuristic, Organized, Result – Driven. We are seeking a front-end architect and leader to elevate the end-to-end user experience through disruptive thinking and innovative problem solving.
Must Skills
Knowledge of Telco BSS/OSS domain focused on one or more of CRM, Billing, Charging, Product Catalog, Order Management, Mediation, Provisioning, VAS & SDP Solutions, CVM solution API Gateway, and digital commerce solutions
• Visualize/define solution for customer requirements, independently. Understand pricing and commercial models.
• High degree of customer management skills.

• Strong Analytical, facilitation, consultation, presentation and convening skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and productive relationships.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good command on Microsoft PowerPoint (Able to create interactive presentations) and Microsoft Excel
• Flexibility to work as per different time zones to support global sales.
• Flexible to Travel domestic & international as per business requirement
• Self-learners who can manage Customer engagement/Business Consulting and Pre-Sales
• Good and effective Oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Able to take up increasing levels of responsibility
• Willingness to put extra effort and take up challenges and work on aggressive timelines.
• Experience with Node.js as a backend framework and Mongo DB or DynamoDB (NoSQL)
Experience: 8-12 years’ experience
Key Responsibility
An effective Front-end Architect establishes a technical vision with the development team and works with developers to turn it into reality
• Implement and enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns
• Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high quality delivery
• Implement engineering excellence by enforcing regular code reviews, continuous integration, high test code coverage, on-going code refactoring and adequate documentation
• Good experience working closely with design teams and exposure to design tools.
• Be involved in the conceptual phase of projects
• Involvement with internal and external community initiatives.
• Lead on team driven development approach
Minimum Qualification / Education:
• A technical degree qualification is a key requirement for this role, Certification in the Reactjs advantage
