Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
