Our company is expanding its product design team and is looking for a "Product Design Supervisor" with exceptional experience and creativity. In this role, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities as a design leader.

- Supervising the product design process from inception to completion.
- Coordinating with internal teams, including UIUX, development, marketing, and project management.
- Evaluating the quality and credibility of design projects.
- Enhancing design standards.
- Develop a product design strategy aligned with business goals.
- Ensure alignment of products with customer needs and expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement of designs.
- Familiarity with User Research methods.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design.
- Excellent skills in using Figma.
- Ability to simultaneously manage time and projects.
- Effective communication with various teams and managers.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and skills to team members.
