Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Team Building and Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team, which includes roles such as SEO Specialists, Content Creators, Paid Media Specialists, and Social Media Managers.
- Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Multi-Channel Marketing
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure campaigns are meeting set objectives and provide actionable insights based on the data.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Regularly report to executive leadership on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
