About Malltina:

As we continue to expand our reach, we’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & Growth Specialist who can boost our visibility, attract new audiences, and convert followers into loyal customers.

Role Overview:

You’ll be the voice and energy of Malltina across Instagram and other key social platforms. Your mission: craft strategies and campaigns that increase engagement, drive sales, and grow our community of active shoppers and brand advocates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and curate visually compelling, on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
  • Plan and manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize content for maximum ROI.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, emerging tools, and platform algorithms to keep Malltina at the forefront.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals and sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience growing audiences and driving engagement on Instagram, Telegram,linkedin, or similar platforms.
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and user acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
