شرح موقعیت شغلی
Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of the project
Main Duties:
- Define project scope & goals
- Define & predict project resources & manage them effectively
- Develop project roadmap & work plan
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practice
- Facilitate scrum events (Daily standups, sprint, …) as needed
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Track & monitor project progress to make alignments
- Prepare project updates & report to stakeholders about the progress, adjustments & plan
- Apply business case & risk management process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering and related fields
- 2-3 project management & related experiences
- Familiar with project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban,...)
- Experience with Agile techniques
- Excellent analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
Technology & Equipment:
- Project Management Software, Jira, MS Office,...
