استخدام UI/UX Designer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a professional and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team to define the user interface of our client's products. Your role focuses on design-focused work, translating user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities from concept to implementation with exceptional attention to detail.


Responsibilities

  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Providing advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behaviour.
  • Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design.
  • Conduct primary and secondary user research, including end-user testing of UI prototypes, to gain insights that will guide design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain UX/UI experiences for desktop, tablet, and/or mobile devices through wireframes, prototypes, design mock-ups, specifications, navigation maps and other design documents.
  • Expertise in graphic design, logo creation, and vector illustration

Requirements

  • An incredible designer with 3+ years experience as a UX Designer, UI designer or similar experience with a strong portfolio or samples of work showcasing design and research projects
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
    Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and usability
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design frameworks
  • Mastery of UX Research
  • Knowing the structure and concepts of Material Design and Flat Design
  • Having sufficient experience in creating Wireframe / Prototype / Storyboard / User Flow
  • Mastery of user testing methods
  • Proficient in designing functional elements on the web
  • Familiarity with UI Patterns and design topics
  • Knowledge of the psychology of colours
  • Capable in ideation and problem-solving
  • Knowing the latest technologies and user interface design trends
  • Ability to provide reviewable examples from previous projects
