• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable backend systems using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure the delivery of bug-free and high-quality software.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and overcome technical challenges.
• Suggest/implement new features and improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and professional growth within the team.
• Make architectural and technical decisions.
• Review current applications and services.
• Participate in the code review process.
• Engage in the deployment activities.
• Help identify, escalate, and resolve any technical issues and problems that might occur.
• Consult and collaborate with team members
• Communicate closely with the team on the customer side
• Agile methodology usage – sprints planning/ daily/review/retrospective meetings

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Node.js backend developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Advanced Level of JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• Microservice architecture experience
• Experience with Nest.js,Express.js
• ORM (TypeORM or Sequelize)
• ODM (Mongoose)
• SQL & NoSQL DBs
• RabbitMQ, Redis
• CI/CD
• REST API development exposure
• Web Sockets
• Unit, integration, e2e tests
• Experience and understanding of Agile software development principles
• Good communication skills

• The salary for this position is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. 
• This is a full-time position located in the office (no remote work options)
