Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable backend systems using Node.js.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code while conducting rigorous testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and professional growth.
- Make key architectural and technical decisions, review current applications, and participate in the code review process.
- Engage in deployment activities and help identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
- Use Agile methodology effectively in planning sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Node.js backend developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Nest.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with ORM (TypeORM or Sequelize) and ODM (Mongoose).
- Competence in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of REST API development and Web Sockets.
- Experience with microservice architecture and caching systems like Redis.
- Proficiency in version control tools like Git, and familiar with CI/CD practices.
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and Web3.
- Experience with additional backend frameworks and technologies.
- Proven problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
