Marketing Campaign Manager 

 We are seeking an experienced marketing campaign manager and Digital Performance Marketer to drive digital improve overall digital performance across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, a proven track record of optimizing digital campaigns, and experience with website analytics tools. 

The Digital Performance Marketer will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities: 

• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business

• Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

• Control budgets and allocate resources among projects

• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines

• Provide accurate periodic reports and analyses to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).

• Set up conversion tracking for Website and App using Google Analytics and other tools in the trade.

• Assist with paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies.

• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

• Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for a marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of related job experience

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and project management skills

• In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns

• Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously

• Have the best practices in SMS, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing

• Ability to work independently and flexibly

• Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and campaign analysis

• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms

• Hands-on experience with trend analytics tools
