As a head of accounting, you are responsible for all accounting aspects including, but not limited to:
- Leading the accounting team at a high level of engagement and productivity.
- Ensuring finance records compliance within regulatory requirements.
- Being responsible to answer legal obligations and preparing all the reports on time.
- Participating in the legal and legislative matters.
- Preparing financial reports for CFO.
- Being sensitive about costumer’s statements.
- Responsible to answer to all the units of company.
- Recognizing and providing required rules for better Conclusion and managing risks.
- Being interested in financial analysis.
Required Competencies (Knowledge, Skill & Ability):
- Experience in leading teams, people, projects and developing employees.
- Experience in the tech industry.
- Strong problem-solving ability combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate clearly and influence leadership teams.
- Being Organized, strategically focused, detail-oriented and able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
- Motivation to learn.
- Having a keen eye for details.
- Deadline oriented and ability to stick to time constraints.
- Being proactive and interactive and responsible.
- Ability to manage challenges and prioritize tasks.
