We're seeking a talented Product Designer with experience in UI and UX to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and tech teams, to understand product requirements and user needs
- Design and develop user-centered digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, that align with our brand and user experience goals
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback
- Work in an agile development environment, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and development
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on UI and UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and results
- Experience working in a startup culture, with a focus on teamwork, flexibility, and innovation
- Experience working in an agile development environment, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field preferred
