شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are recruiting specialists for the position of "Senior Network Administrator / NOC Engineer" at Taknet.

Responsibilities

+ Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wirelesses.

+ Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues to ensure optimal network uptime.

+ Troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner.

+ Leading network-related projects and initiatives.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network issues and implement appropriate solutions.

+ Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

+ Mentoring and training junior team members.

+ Implement and deploy hardware and software solutions in the data center environment.

+ Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies outside of regular business hours, if required.

Skills Requirements

+ In-depth understanding of Routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

+ In-depth understanding of Switching VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, CoS

+ Strong understanding of Wireless Networks (Ericsson, Mimosa, Mikrotik)

+ Strong understanding of VoIP technologies (Asterisk, FreePBX)

+ Strong understanding of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g. Zabbix, SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nmap)

+ Strong customer service orientation

+ Robust network topologies and protocols experienced in a large complex environment

+ Strong understanding of network security (e.g. firewall configurations, VPNs)

+ Proficiency in server hardware, operating systems (Linux, Windows), virtualization technologies, and networking protocols

+ Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, Go)

+ Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Chef)

+ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, preferably in the ISP/WISP industry
