Accountability
- + Lead the maintenance of the Service Provider Systems infrastructure
- + Ensuring the servers and services are scalable, reliable, and secure
- + Mentoring and training junior team members
- + Troubleshooting and resolving servers and service issues in a timely manner
- + Providing technical guidance and support to other teams as needed.
- + Familiarity with containerization and container management platforms
- + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- + Experience with automation frameworks like Ansible, Terraform
Skills Experience
- + Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP)
- + Strong understanding of virtualization design and implementation (e.g. VMware vCenter)
- + Strong understanding of Linux concepts (e.g. LPIC, RHCE)
- + Strong understanding of operating systems security (e.g. iptables)
- + Strong understanding of monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus)
- + Experience with VOIP systems (e.g. Asterisk, issabel)
- + Experience with backup systems (e.g. Veeam Backup)
- + Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
- + Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Gitlab)
- + 3+ years of relevant systems administration experience in the Service Provider filed
