Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team. As a key executive member, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leading engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the company’s overall technology vision and strategy in line with business goals.
- Lead the design and evolution of the technical architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Make high-level infrastructure and architectural decisions, ensuring technical excellence, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee all engineering and technical delivery, from roadmap planning to execution.
- Ensure close collaboration across departments (Product, Business, Operations, Data, etc.) to drive strategic initiatives.
- Align technology strategy with product and engineering roadmaps.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Lead and mentor engineering leaders, fostering a strong engineering culture and best practices.
- Oversee data security, data management, and governance, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and applying them where they create business value.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO, Engineering Director, Head of Engineering, or Senior Tech Lead in a growing or complex organization.
- Strong background in software engineering, including hands-on knowledge of modern languages, frameworks, and development practices.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and scalable systems.
- Ability to connect technology decisions with business outcomes and growth strategy.
- Experience managing complex technical projects, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering results on time.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach.
