We are looking for a dynamic Frontend Team Lead to guide our skilled team of frontend developers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the technical direction of the team, ensuring the delivery of rich, responsive web applications and PWAs and the following responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction and strategy of the frontend team.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
- Responsible for architecting and defining the Front-end framework to solve complex designs and interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, fostering a culture of problem-solving and excellence.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Expertise in React.js and its core principles, with a strong understanding of state management using Redux or Context API.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent team Management Skills.
