We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
- Define the company’s overall technology strategy to support business objectives.
- Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery.
- Ensure tight collaboration across departments to drive strategic initiatives, including understanding of the alignment between technology strategy and various technology road maps.
- Design the organization's technical architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of technology products aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with other executives, to understand business needs and ensure technology solutions align with those needs.
- Oversee data security, management, and governance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CTO, director, or similar leadership role.
- Broad knowledge of software engineering: languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
- Solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business goals.
- Deep underestanding of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging tech trends
- Experience in managing complex IT projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
