**Job Title: Graphic & UI/UX Designer (Office-Based, Full-Time)**

**About Us** 
**Selected Group** is a fast-growing hospitality fintech company revolutionizing the payment processing industry. Our flagship product, **Selected Payments**, is transforming handheld PDQ payment terminals into multi-use smart devices with **EPOS, time & attendance, venue management, digital signage, and more**. 

We’re looking for a **talented and experienced Graphic & UI/UX Designer** with **app design experience** to join our creative team. If you have a passion for **creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually striking designs**, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities** 
**Graphic Design**  


- Design **marketing materials, brand assets, and digital content** for web and print.  



- Create **engaging visuals** for social media, presentations, and promotional campaigns.  



- Maintain and evolve the **Selected Group brand identity** across all platforms.  


 
 **UI/UX Design**  


- Lead the **end-to-end UI/UX design** process for our mobile and web applications.  



- Conduct **user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing** to enhance customer experience.  



- Collaborate with **developers, product managers, and stakeholders** to translate business needs into seamless user interfaces.  



- Ensure all designs are **responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance**.  


 
 **App Design & Development Collaboration**  


- Design **intuitive mobile and web app interfaces** for our fintech and hospitality solutions.  



- Work closely with **developers** to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.  



- Keep up-to-date with **UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices** to continually enhance our products.

 **Requirements** 
**3+ years** of experience in Graphic & UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, hospitality, or SaaS. 
Strong **portfolio** showcasing UI/UX design, mobile app interfaces, and graphic design work. 
Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools**. 
Experience in designing for both **iOS and Android applications**. 
Understanding of **user-cantered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards**. 
Ability to **translate complex ideas into clean and functional designs**. 
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. 
Bonus: Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, or design-to-code workflow.
