We need applicants with great communication skills to handle our Iranian and non-Iranian university, college, and school applications. Potential applicants must have great English and be problem solver and a great learner. Thus, if you are confident that you are fluent in English, you can freely apply for this job and all the training regarding the job description mentioned in the following will be provided during the first two months.
Job description:
• Contact our partner universities about our potential students.
• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies
• Help the students with the documents they need to prepare
• Advise the students
• Be patient with the students and their families
• Interview students to understand their objectives and background
• Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner
• Follow-up with students for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, and emails
• Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions
• Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms
• Helping the students if they need to write SOP, CV, Reference letter
• Review all the students’ applications and refer the students to financial services personnel if required
• Helping the students with their visa
• Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees
