استخدام Back-End Developer (Java-اصفهان)

We are looking for a talented Back-end/Java Developer to join our Technical team.
The role of a Back-end/Java Developer is to participate in various phases of the software development life-cycle, specially design and development, in order to achieve high-quality microservices, robust APIs, and databases for our products.
We are going to build up to next generation crypto-currency software and are looking for eager, hard-working problem solvers that can continue to evolve our 24-7, highly scalable, and performance improvements are constantly being added.
This is a full-time position from Esfahan, Iran.



Responsibilities

* Write reliable, clean, and modular code
* Ensure coding quality on the core functions
* Perform performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system/legacy codebase refactoring to improve system sustainability and maintainability
* Be active, come up with ideas and issues, contribute to the improvement of projects with your feedback and suggestions
* Strive for optimized development of processes and software
* Be up to date and come up with new solutions



Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in backend services development
* Strong skills in Core Java, server-side Java technologies, and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot)
* Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL database
* Experience in software design, architecture, and development integration
* Solid knowledge of Web Service and REST ( preferred GraphQL )
* Good cross-team communication skills
* Intermediate English language level
* Quick learner



Preferred Requirements

* Proficient in Microservice architecture design (Spring Cloud)
* Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.
* Familiar with smart search and analytics engines such as Lucene or Elasticsearch
* Experience in working with Web3
* Experienced in working on the backend system of crypto companies
* Team collaboration experiences
* Financial products related experiences like lending, margin, futures, etc
