We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations (PR) Specialist to join our marketing team. As a PR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's reputation and promoting a positive brand image through effective communication and strategic public relations initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing PR campaigns and managing media relations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns aligning with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to communicate key company messages, news, and initiatives to the media.
- Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, industry influencers, and other media professionals to achieve positive media coverage.
- Set and implement community and communication campaigns
- Setting and implementing online events and offline events
- Provide engaging text, image, and video content for community channels
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Working effectively with Development and LiveOps departments to stay updated on new products and features
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience +3 years as a community manager
- Familiarity with digital PR tactics, including social media, online reputation management, and influencer outreach.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with community management for brands
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in monitoring and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of PR efforts.
