Senior Golang Developer
At System Group, we build powerful cloud native software used by large-scale organizations to manage and grow their businesses. Our engineering team, with over 150 developers, is one of the largest in the country and we’re still growing.

We’re looking for a Senior Golang Developer to help us design and develop reliable backend systems as part of our core product.

In this role, you will:
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable backend services in Go
• Worked with PostgreSQL and other backend tools to build robust services
• Tackle complex challenges with smart solutions, clean code, and solid design
• Collaborate with product managers to understand needs and define features

What we’re looking for:
• 5 years solid experience in backend development, at least one year with Go.
• Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language (such as Go, Java, C#, Python, or PHP)
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals data structures, algorithms, and component design
• Experience working on scalable systems and large codebases
• A strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take ownership of your code• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement


Bonus points if you have:
• Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise software
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.
• Exposure to system design and architecture at scale
