شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Senior Frontend Engineer



At System Group, we build powerful cloud-native softwares used by large-scale organizations to manage and grow their businesses. Our engineering team, with 200+ developers, is one of the largest in the country, and we’re still growing.



We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to help us design and build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces as part of our core product.



Requirements:



- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development



- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript



- Strong experience with Angular (preferred) or proven senior-level experience with React/Vue and willingness to work with Angular



- Hands-on experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing (e.g., Playwright/Cypress)



 What you’ll do:



- Build scalable, maintainable, testable frontend applications using Angular.



- Write clean code with a strong focus on long-term maintainability, readability, and consistent engineering standards



- Contribute to modern frontend architecture (component-driven design, state management, performance-first patterns)



- Implement robust styling with SASS/SCSS and maintain scalable UI patterns (design systems/components)



- Leverage and integrate Web Components.



- Take ownership of code quality by leading reviews, proposing refactors, and raising engineering standards



- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to turn high-fidelity designs into great user experiences



- Diagnose and solve complex UI/UX and performance issues with strong problem-solving skills



- Apply AI skills to improve productivity and quality (e.g., using AI tools for prototyping, code assistance, test generation, debugging, documentation—while ensuring correctness and security)



Bonus points:



- Experience with performance profiling and optimization (bundle size, rendering performance, Core Web Vitals)



- Experience with monorepos, micro-frontend patterns, or modular frontend architectures



- Experience building/maintaining design systems and component libraries



- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and internationalization



- Strong experience with RxJS or equivalent reactive patterns
